When the fruit of the imagination transforms into a flowing glass form in the material world...

when through the delicate layers it reveals its mysterious qualities which forms its

quintessence..

The unusual vase series have been created as a result of the cooperation of the brand

BAIBAGLASS and INESE JANSONE DESIGN interior studio.

The impulse for the idea of this collection can be traced back to a distant past when the glass

artist Baiba Dzenite for the first time in her life visited a hot glass studio. There Baiba initiated

her experiments with the blown glass technique namely combining glass with an antique metal

tool, thus giving an artefact a new life and form. The shape of each vase is exceptional and

unrepeatable as they are made in the free-blown glass technique. The organically flowing

silhouette blends elegantly with the human touch as a dialogue of the two forms in the matter

to emerge the oasis of the blossoming feelings under their mutual influence.

This experimental glass object has been the staring point of Baiba's most recognizable

collection CALM and about a year ago one of the unique vases came into the possession of

the interior designer Inese Jansone. Inspired by this emotional story and by the extraordinary

shape of the vase Inese approached Baiba to turn this sensory experience into a collaboration

to co-create a unique vase collection.
