Sea.well, a Tulsa, US based artist, discovered his passion while experimenting with Photoshop at 9 years old. After moving from Michigan to the Bible Belt during grade school, he studied a few years at a university for business, then decided to drop out and take art seriously. Today you will find his creative focus towards 3D modeling, animation, digital painting, installation, and sculpting.

Since 2020, the artist’s success has been well documented on the Ethereum blockchain, impressing pieces into many of digital art’s prominent present-day collections. His work often references Earth’s precious natural resources, such as land and water. Sea.well’s approach is rooted in the belief that people, with help of technology, have the ability to improve upon our symbiosis with nature.

Technology & nature don’t have to be enemies. While creating portrayals of nature’s beauty with technical toolsets, I find importance is born from including the negative impacts man has on the environment. Perhaps it is a reflection of our wrongdoings, or maybe a glance into a future we can all avoid.
