Sandrine Diodati’s journey into jewellery design mirrors the dynamic evolution of her creations. Born in London to a Parisian mother and Italian father, she grew up immersed in a world of cultural richness, surrounded by the vibrant energy of her parents’ pubs, where conversation and stories shaped her early years.

Her background in design, art, and fashion honed a natural eye for detail and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship. At Schoonhoven’s renowned technical jewellery school, Sandrine discovered jewellery as a medium to bridge her aesthetic and philosophical fascinations. Drawn to contrast, her designs harmonise raw and refined, masculine and feminine, light and dark, embodying her belief that individuality transcends convention. Her work centres on self-discovery, allowing wearers to mix and match pieces to explore their identity.

For Sandrine, jewellery is more than adornment; it’s a medium for connection. Between maker and wearer, and between the self and its evolving narrative.

“I create jewellery as a medium for self-discovery and storytelling. Crafted in 18K Fairmined gold, recycled sterling silver, and vermeil, my designs invite wearers to mix, match, and explore their identity through adornment. Each piece, whether a one-off ring, collection earring, or memorial design, carries a strong signature style that blends contrasts: raw and refined, light and dark, masculine and feminine.

I work with sustainable materials like Fairmined gold to ensure ethical and environmental responsibility, from ore to ear. My process is collaborative, encouraging wearers to define their own narratives through their choices.

Jewellery, for me, transcends adornment. It’s a tool for connection: between maker and wearer, and between the self and its evolving story. My Mind Bubbles collection, for example, transforms personal muses into wearable art, sparking curiosity about identity and storytelling.

Through my work, I aim to empower individuals to understand themselves more deeply, one piece at a time.”
