Raquel Bessudo is a  Contemporary Jewellery artist based in Mexico City; she was part of the selection for Shmuck 2020, participated in a group exhibition on the occasion of Paris Parcours Bijux 2020 and by Association Alliages as part of  Painful Hope  2021 and Untill death do us part   exhibitions, Verdant Bodies  at Armory art Centre in 2022

Her work has been exhibited in Mexico, Argentina, the USA, Australia, and Europe.

How I perceive the light or how the colors interact casually between them helps me pause and consciously want to remember the feeling I get from that instant, hoping I can reach it again in the future.

Memories bring back those moments when you paid more attention blocking anything else around and each holding a unique quality:

The colors and quality of light a memory holds give texture to it, and they remain as if suspended in time.
