Kelly Bailey is a UK- based designer and illustrator and has worked in the fashion industry for 20 years. After graduating from Winchester School of Art with a degree in Textile Design, Kelly spent a number of years in New York designing prints for a variety of high-profile brands as well as being represented by London agents and freelance contributor for the global trend agency WGSN

Kelly’s work and application has recently evolved, bringing the fashion figure into focus describing light and shade with layered transparent colour, ink effects and often combining with collage to build up the surface.  Recent achievements include FIDA awards finalist, magazine contribution, Nick Knight’s SHOWstudio and original artwork being exhibited as part of the ‘Ultramarine’ Live Exhibition in Miami.

Kelly brings her expertise as a fashion print designer and specialist skills of drawing and painting to the fore, exploring ink effects, layered transparent colour, shadow and composition together with the knowledge and flexibility to respond to a brands aesthetic.
