PICHWAI COW HORN RING Rebecca Reubens

£85.00

2022

Hand-carved carnelian, chalcedony and seed pearls. Vitreous enamel eye. 925 Silver.

Weight: 6gr

Size: 4.5cm × 2cm

Colour: Silver

This lovely ring is inspired by the Gopashtami ki Pichwai, whose elements it deconstructs and takes forward as jewellery. Accordingly, it features a chalcedony cow horn set in our custom silver setting. The entire piece is embellished with seed pearls and set in silver. Shreenathji's presence in this vignette is symbolized through a traditional enamelled Netra and a hand carved carnelian hand. The ring is adjustable, but if you want it permanently sized for your fingers reach out to us and we are happy to customize it.
