Brutalist architecture is a phenomenon that started in the 1950s, after the war we had to rebuild. The style is focused on showcasing minimalist and raw materials.

To this style, I am adding bare expressionism, with a clear message.

This is where the colors come in. I am painting the day in the colors of warmth and love, I do not want my day to be grey, and is it really life if you don’t know what to live for?

We grow up so fast and have to face the question “what am I supposed to do with my life”.

You may have had a burning feeling of needing to be someone or belong somewhere. That may all be gone by the early twenties. You are suddenly lost in the world.

Now you stand in front of the forced choice between different educations. Which one will you choose, whilst you have this choice to consider, you actually have no idea what it will mean, you don’t know what they are doing in these jobs.

So we are telling these young people, who are not allowed to drink nor drive (because they “obviously” cannot control that), to make a choice for the rest of their life.

Some of you will tell me “but there are a lot of good choices”, I can ask you — what about the people who do not fit into any of the boxes? What about the number of hours people end up being miserable at work? What about the ones who did not fit into any of the educations and ended up taking the only jobs they could get?

Is our systems broad enough considering we are all different, none of us are the same, but we all have to fit into the same box. Is it fair?
