Description: Yusi explores how memory endures and transforms over time. Through metal, cyanotype fabric, and thread, Yusi investigates the tension between permanence and fragility. Cyanotype resembles fabric once warmed by skin, leaving gentle traces; metal embodies the weight and structure of emotions. In this piece, the act of remaking fabric echoes how memories shift—not vanishing, but reshaped. Dream Pillow reflects the intimate, sensory memories tied to body and emotion—textures, forms, and functions. A small pillow, held by two cyanotype hands, preserves imprints of joyful faces and gestures, recalling the warmth of family, friends, and inspiration that burns brightest before sleep.
